But a blessing too, don't forget that..

I think go with the position that you love, the one that you'd feel most inspired in, happy at and comfortable doing... Not sure that's any help but I reckon if you take time out and think things through then you'll know which one to pick! And hopefully it's the one that your heart will desire most!

But listen to Miss Direction's direction too {pun intended ;)}She seem to have put out the logical aspects to consider!Ess!https://www.blogger.com/profile/06766581402607559909noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5842681172706432764.post-36097461918825483472012-03-06T17:19:30.569+11:002012-03-06T17:19:30.569+11:00I vote Marketing Company role.

Or lists of things you want and tick them off.
Like:
Future opportunities
Experience to be gained
Current Responsibilities
Workplace atmosphere
Office location (it matters if there is a big difference in getting there and the food nearby)

With each, work out where you think u'd be in 5 years time. Also a great place...ah, that is a hard place to be! Also a great place to be- two choices for a career!

I don't think there's a right answer- there are just different paths and pluses and minuses to both.

If I were making this decision I would base it off a 5-year plan. Will saving more money and being comfortable and secure help you be where you want to be in 5 years, or will this risk pay-off in that time. That's what I would do.

Good luck either way, so excited for you!Caitlin @ Candyfloss & Persiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10643817536737845811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5842681172706432764.post-47563096319929564142012-03-06T17:01:35.464+11:002012-03-06T17:01:35.464+11:00The one I got first was a role I went for about 6...The one I got first was a role I went for about 6 weeks ago and I was 100% sold by the second interview then they had some headcount issues so I decided to shop around an see what else was out there, then this other opportunity came up and they've been come back to me at the same time! That Brunette Onehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15751184689540764199noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5842681172706432764.post-83807998565494041322012-03-06T16:19:19.921+11:002012-03-06T16:19:19.921+11:00That's a great situation to be in, and I doubt...That's a great situation to be in, and I doubt either will be a bad choice. I guess you need to weigh it all up and go with what your gut tells you. I've always been one to take the familiar road as I don't deal with change well, but it's always good trying something new as well. Learning new skills will always be a good thing for your career!
