LARA BINGLE

There is no denying I love me some trashy tv ad goss. Lastnight I saw the extended verision for the
shorts of Lara Bingle's new reality TV show - Hmm. In the past Lara has never been someone that I've
been interesting in reading about - I think the only time I read up about her trashy goss was when she
flushed Clark's ring down the toilet - Right?

Do you think her reality tv show will be all about "how tough life as Lara Bingle really is?" and try to win back her audience..

Question is - Will you be watching her show?

  3. I never gave her much thought to be honest, but for some reason I'm rather interested in the show. I'll be watching the first episode and passing judgement from there. I have a feeling I'll be hooked haha.

  4. shes pathetic. she did it all herself. kind of like a lot of girls i know. and for those that watch her, you must have no life either. what has she contributed to society that gives her a platform to talk crap on?

  6. I think she's really annoying and I have no idea why. I don't know how real this "reality" show considering her apartment in Bondi was just used to film since she can't afford anything that expensive.

  9. Minority or not, I love her! Think she's sweet and dresses so well! It's good to keep in mind she was only 19 when the brendan fevola fiasco went down, I know I wouldn't have been able to handle all that public scrutiny so young! Definitely think te public are too harsh on her xx

  10. I'm in two minds.

1- I feel like she will do anything to court fame and all of the associated perks. I do not believe for a second that her recent naked photo debacle was an accident. On the ad hearing her Mum talk about it convinced me even more- an actress she is not.

    On the other hand....

2- The whole Brendan Fevola thing. He was a married man- that is his responsibility. Lara didnt do the wrong thing by being with a married man- she owes Alex Fevola nothing. Brendan Fevola is the one who cheated on his marriage. I'm sick of cheating being blamed on the "other woman".
Also, she is paid to be near naked for money. Like it or not, she is in the media spotlight. Likely, she has a limited time in her life to be considered what mainstream Australian men (and some women) find sexually appealing. Why shouldnt she capitalise that into a wage? Is it any different from someone using their brain to earn money? Making the most of what we are given and whatnot.

Sorry for the giant post, lol.

In short, yes, I will view the first episode.

But it remains to be seen whether I will shamelessly enjoy it, or watch it and mock her.

  11. I like her. As she says, she's just a very normal girl living a crazy life. From what I've ever come across she's genuinely nice and down to earth. The media has taken the "trashy socialite" thing and run with it... I can't believe she was only 19 when the Fevola thing happened! Had no idea.

  12. Will not be watching. How "real" is this show going to be if she's living in an apartment that the producers are putting her up in for the 12 weeks of filming with people that she doesn't actually live with! Ha!
